Description
Once you drive through our front gate, it is very apparent how Wilderness Country Club got its name. Wilderness is a designated Audubon cooperative sanctuary. When Arthur Hills first toured the property, he called it " a rare, tropical enclave; really a paradise."
The world-class Arthur Hills golf course winds its way through the propertys 200 forested acres. Originally constructed in 1973 and completely refurbished by Arthur Hills in 2004, this golf course is considered by many the premiere golfing venue in Southwest Florida. At 6,652 yards from its championship tees, the course offers a complete examination of a player's skills, from the opening tee shot to the negotiation of the deeply bunkered 18th green.
